It was revealed that the thin man's parents died when he was seven. He was found by the police and brought to the orphanege and also a catholic school for boys. One nun in particular told the angels that he previously was an angel and never spoke to anyone- The nuns had never seen him since.
Working with Vivian Wood and Eric Knox he aided them in their attempt to find and kill Charlie. Chased by the angels he led them to a tied up Eric Knox after which they manage to convince them to steal valuable software needed to locate Charlie. As the Angels found them he had a long fight against Alex before the firehouse got blown up.
After this he kept following Dylan and killed one of their targets as he shot at them. As they tracked Madison Lee he kept following them. When Dylan was fighting Seamus he came to her aid. Seamus disarmed him however managed to kick him off the building. As the two shared a kiss he got stabbed from behind with his own sword and fell of the building.

The thin man is a highly skilled assassin and fighter. Using a sheathed Jian like sword he is expert combattant able to keep up with the three Angels at once.
He also is a expert race driver both with cars as motorcycles.
He also has an obsession with hair (A significant sign of asperger syndrome). In the first movie, he rips out each of the Angels' hair and sniffs it, and in Full Throttle, he rips a large amount of Dylan's hair and kisses her before being stabbed in the back by Seamus.
