Randy Emmers is a side antangonist from Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle. He was hired by ex-angel, Madison Lee to kill Max Petroni, a teenager who would later be adopted by Mama Bosley, John Bosley's adoptive mother and Jimmy Bosley's biological mother. Randy was first seen at the beach, where Dylan Sanders, one of the three Angels, took an instant attraction to him. Randy was mentioned as the killer who murdered one of the people who was part of the H.A.L.O Witness Protection Program, Alan Caufield. Randy had no clue that the Angels had tracked him down to the beach. And at the Coal Bowl motorcycle race.
Randy was a contestant, and so was Max Petroni and the Angels. Max went under the name Leo and the Angels figured Leo was Randy's target. Randy was on the verge of killing Leo, but the Thin Man/Anthony, from the first movie, apparently entered the race, to protect Max/Leo (mentioned later in movie.) The Thin Man had a blade in his shoe, and while Randy, "Leo", and the Thin Man were in mid-air, the Thin Man had kicked Randy with the shoe blade, killing him, casing his lifeless body to be flung from the bike to the tracks below.
