Was it the Chad?
Chad (also known as "The Chad") is a minor character in Charlie's Angels (2000). He is Dylan Sanders' boyfriend and captain of "The Love Boat". He often calls Dylan "Starfish".
Biography[]
He is first seen making breakfast while Dylan is asleep in his boat. When she wakes up, he asks if she would like to "have a little breakfast and then after, have a little Chad", but Dylan is then called into work and leaves. Chad is distraught by her departure, falling off the edge of the boat and into the water.
Later, when the Angels have to sail to Eric Knox's lighthouse, Dylan contacts Chad for help. Chad sails his Love Boat to the lighthouse with Dylan and fellow Angels Natalie and Alex aboard. When they prepare to get off the boat and head out to the lighthouse, Chad is upset about her leaving again, but Dylan reassures him by saying "the Chad was great".
He does not return in Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, so it's assumed that he and Dylan have broken up since then.
